Before joining AIA in 1994, Sim Seng held a senior managerial role at IBM Singapore. In his very first year as a Financial Services Consultant, he earned the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) recognition—an achievement that reflects exceptional performance in the global financial services industry. His leadership capabilities soon led him to be appointed as a team leader, and within six years, he was promoted to Director, where he continues to lead a team of leaders and consultants who have consistently achieved AIA’s top accolades, including the Pinnacle Club and MDRT qualifications.

Sim Seng’s approach is grounded in structured lead generation, sales-building strategies, joint field coaching, and the use of advanced e-sales tools. He is passionate about helping his consultants unlock greater financial freedom, enjoy more quality time with their families, and live with purpose.
