Tan Sim Seng is a Financial Services Associate Director of AIA Singapore who is responsible for the recruitment and development of Financial Services Consultants.

Sim Seng joined AIA Singapore as a Financial Services Consultant in October 1994 from IBM Singapore where he was a Senior Manager. In his first year, he achieved the prestigious worldwide recognition of Million Dollar Round Table. Three years later, he was appointed as a leader to recruit and develop a team of Financial Services Consultants. Six years later, he was promoted to a Director of a team of leaders and Financial Services Consultants, achieving the AIA Pinnacle Club.

Tapping on over three decades of people management and development, he has a system to bring the best out of his Financial Services Consultants, allowing them more freedom, spending power, and more time for themselves and their family.

Building on established lead generation & sales building processes and joint field coaching, combined with comprehensive e-sales tools, his Financial Services Consultants have found success, with many achieving the AIA Million Dollar Club and the Million Dollar Round Table.
